ConversionX is a leading performance/affiliate marketing agency. The organization is just few years old but created a leadership position in the industry and looking for individuals who are seeking fast growth who can manage company’s growth and keep pace with fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Looking at clients and publishers/channels reports on regular basis and taking out meaningful insights to help respective teams i.e. client servicing and delivery teams
  • Preparation of report formats for different purposes i.e. internal MIS creation, Sales planning, Vendor reconciliation and to measure different teams’ productivity
  • Helo delivery teams optimise roi through data and analytics with understanding of affiliates, facebook ads, sms marketing delivery and media buying
  • Create a process to manage and measures KRAs of different teams in quantifiable terms
  • Managing various platforms and tools viz hasoffers/trackier/facebook ads/sms platforms/emailer tools etc
  • Ensuring Automation of reports and timeliness of reporting
  • Co-ordination with different teams and making them accountable to meet the TATs defined across different projects
  • Managing CRM for different tasks

Skill sets Needed

  • MS Excel/ VBA/ Access
  • MS PowerPoint
  • Have indepth technical understanding one of the affiliates platforms viz hasoffers/trackier/affise etc
  • Team management, multi-tasking and structured thinking
  • Ability to thrive in the fast-growing environment
  • Understanding to marketing mix used for digital and eCommerce clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have spent at least 3-5 years in similar role with similar affiliate networks and performance marketing agencies.
